+## 3. Support Channels
+- Email: **support@codevelo.dev**  
+- Client portal: project system  
+- Emergency: 24/7 for production outages  
+

+## 4. Response Targets

+Either party may terminate maintenance with **30 days’ notice**. Outstanding balances remain due.
