# Refund & Cancellation Policy

## 1. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit secures your project schedule and initial work allocation.

## 2. Cancellations
Client cancellations must be submitted in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed. Deposits remain non-refundable.

## 3. Refund Eligibility

| Hosting | Refunds for unused prepaid months |
| Domains & licenses | Non-refundable once registered |

## 4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within **10–15 business days** via the original payment method.

## 5. Disputes
Report billing discrepancies to **billing@codevelo.dev** within 10 business days for review.

## 6. Force Majeure
No refunds for delays caused by events beyond CodeVelo’s control.
