Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: October 31, 2025
1. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit secures your project schedule and initial work allocation.
2. Cancellations
Client cancellations must be submitted in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed. Deposits remain non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility

| Consulting | Non-refundable after session occurs |
| Hosting | Refunds for unused prepaid months |
| Domains & licenses | Non-refundable once registered |
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.
5. Disputes
Report billing discrepancies to billing@codevelo.dev within 10 business days for review.
6. Force Majeure
No refunds for delays caused by events beyond CodeVelo’s control.
